Please note the stories posted here will often be drafts. So there will be spelling and grammatical errors.They are posted for other people/teachers/students to to make comments and suggestions for editing.

Students make changes to their writing based on these suggestions and then re-post their writing for  futher feedback. It is a forum for conferencing other than with just their teacher.

More importantly it provides a wide audience for their writing. Often the only person who sees a students writing is their teacher. This is a travesty as as you can see by the stories posted on this site by 9 and 10 year olds that they are well worth being read by lots of people.

The objective is to encourage children to write and share their creativity with others and to learn from one another.

My class is very excited by the project. Even my reluctant writers.

 Watch later for the Never Ending Story project. The premise being that one child starts a story and others add to it a paragraph at the time. The story will be an on going project that hopefully will have contributions from all over the world.
